Yes. All vehicles pass a comprehensive multi-point inspection before listing. We provide detailed inspection reports with photos. You can also visit our physical showroom at Hangzhou Dream Horse Auto Town to inspect vehicles in person, or arrange a third-party inspection at your cost.

Yes. After your vehicle ships, we provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) number, vessel name, and estimated arrival date. You can track the vessel in real-time using maritime tracking services. We also send regular status updates via WhatsApp.

T/T Bank Transfer: Standard international wire transfer. Alipay / WeChat Pay: Convenient for Chinese and some international buyers. USDT (Cryptocurrency): Fast settlement with minimal fees. Western Union / MoneyGram: For smaller amounts. Contact us for the best option for your country.

Standard terms: 30% deposit to reserve the vehicle, 70% balance before shipping. For repeat buyers and bulk purchases, we offer flexible terms. All payments must be cleared before vehicles leave the port.
