From Buyers

• Name, email, phone, country, inquiry details, and communication records.

Automatically

• IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL (via standard server logs).

• To connect buyers with relevant vehicle listings
• To process transactions and facilitate communications
• To improve our platform and services
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

• Seller contact information is shared with buyers who submit inquiries on their listings.
• We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with logistics partners for shipment processing.
• We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per tax requirements.
