Terms of Service

Welcome to AutoMallGlobal ("AMG", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using automallglobal.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Platform Role

AutoMallGlobal is a vehicle sourcing and export facilitation platform. We connect international buyers with vehicle sellers in China. AMG is not a dealer, broker, or agent. We provide listing, matching, inspection coordination, and transaction facilitation services.

2. Seller Obligations

• Listed vehicles must be accurately described. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate account suspension.
• Sellers agree to the platform fee structure displayed at the time of listing. Fees are non-refundable once a vehicle is published.
• Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours.
• Sellers retain ownership until payment is confirmed. Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm.

3. Buyer Obligations

• Buyers are responsible for understanding import regulations, duties, and taxes in their destination country.
• All prices are FOB Ningbo unless otherwise stated. Ocean freight, insurance, and destination charges are buyer's responsibility.
• Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Inspection reports are provided as reference only. Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent inspection before payment.

4. Fees & Payments

• Platform service fees are calculated based on the published tier structure and are displayed at listing time.
• FOB prices include: seller price + platform fee + inland transport + export documentation. Exchange rate is set by AMG and updated periodically.
• All payments are processed in USD via bank transfer (T/T) or approved payment channels.

5. Dispute Resolution

• AMG provides mediation services for disputes between buyers and sellers.
• In case of vehicle misrepresentation, AMG may withhold seller payments pending resolution.
• Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, Hong Kong arbitration rules apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

AMG facilitates transactions but is not party to the sale contract between buyer and seller. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMG's liability is limited to the platform service fee paid for the specific transaction.
